An All Too Brief Update

The bulk of my energy these days is still taken up by the needs of my Eldest.  We are no longer in full crisis mode, but each day is still a challenge.

I have not really had any time to work on me other than the things I try to squeeze into my workday.  For the most part that means doing affirmations and (more recently) wishing people I talk to in the course of my telemarketing duties a “blessed day.”  Most of the time I feel like it is little more than a waste of what little energy I can muster each morning just to drag myself to the “office” and work hard at a job I hate.

Hubby is trying his hand at writing.  Recently an entity dubbed by us as the “idea fairy” dropped a full fledged idea for a novel into his head and at my encouragement he is actually running with it.  Just in case I was feeling left out she visited me at work and helped me gel an idea for a Wiccan text that I’ve been toying with for about 4 years.

Now if she would only help me figure out how to find the time to get it done.

More soon

Hi, I found your site through the Big bang tag and I have an easy tag for you to do. Hope you can do it. Thanks in advance.

As you may be aware, the Big Bang has exceeded 835 sites, which is amazing. I feel that the 1,000-site goal is very doable. If you have not updated your list in a while, I would suggest doing so at http://mondaymorningpower.blogspot.com/2008/01/big-bang-master-list.html, and moving it to your front page, however, that is not the reason for leaving this comment.

I firmly believe that great things will happen to those who express gratitude for what they have. I am tagging you to express your gratitude with a Gratitude meme. Just go to http://AreYouGrateful.Com and follow the simple rules. Tagging is optional, but encouraged. This does come with a health portion of link-love. I also believe that over time, this will grow bigger than the Big Bang. If you don’t feel like being grateful maybe you would like to complain about something. Just go to http://ComplainComplainComplain.Com and follow those rules. The link-love is a combination of those two sites.

I hope to see you at one of them………or maybe even both.
